Standard Service and Support Warranty - 

Each product is shipped with Visioneer's Standard Manufacturer's Warranty which provides Technical phone support with an in-house Visioneer Technical Support specialist and a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week web-based support center. Also included in this Standard Warranty is a ground return and repair or replacement service in the event an RMA is needed.

Warranty periods vary by product:
1 Year: RoadWarrior 3, RoadWarrion4D, Patriot P15, and all earlier Visioneer products purchased as new.
3 Year: Patriot D40, Patriot H60 and Patriot H80

If you find physical defects in the materials or the workmanship used in making the product described in this document, Visioneer will repair, or at its option, replace, the product at no charge to you, provided you return it (postage prepaid, with proof of your purchase from the original reseller) during the warranty coverage period.

Visioneer's Refurbished Products - 

If you find physical defects in the materials or the workmanship used in a product sold as a refurbished unit, we will repair, or at our option replace, the product at no charge to you for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Contact Support for more information on obtaining an RMA.

Visioneer's RMA Replacement Products - 

If you find physical defects in the materials or the workmanship used in the refurbishment of an RMA product replacement, we will repair, or at our option replace, the product at no charge to you for a period of 90 days from the date the RMA was created, or until the end of your original warranty period (whichever is greater). Contact Support for more information on obtaining an RMA.

Cancellation

Standard warranty is included with your scanner at no charge. It cannot be canceled.
