What does it mean when my Mobility is flashing its lights twice?

If the lights on your Mobility are flashing twice, pausing, and then flashing twice again, this means your scanner has a registered paperjam.

If your scanner has detected that your paper is stuck, then you need to do the following steps:

  1. Pull the paper through the scanner from the back
  2. Power cycle your scanner
